The staff were incredibly polite and food was amazing! The breakfast had lots of options : coffee, tea, yoghourt, scrambled eggs and pastries. In my standard twin room there was the best bed that I enjoyed. The hotel has cute location right by brooklyn bridge, a subway and good restaurants. The service was excellent, always with a smile.

The place was pretty clean and staff were very warm, I liked absolutely perfect location. Nearby train stations, within walking distance of a bakery and the shops. I was given tidy and decent sized room, just how I expected it to be. Having different cool drinks in the rooftop bar was a very nice touch.

The hotel was upscale, but I stayed for 3 nights only. Helpful service, ideal room, comfy bed. The continental breakfast was spicy. Room was great size, I loved that, and it had large windows. The girl from the breakfast staff was very FANTASTICALLY FRIENDLY and gave me the key with a smile.
